Do we have a list of packages that "trigger" xfonts-traditional?
Could they (or some of them or a common ancestor) depend on
dpkg (>= 1.17.triggerfixed)

I think this list can be reduced to "Uses 'perl stuff that requires
strict dependencies' in their maintainer scripts."
