Hello,

t/op/stat fails on hurd-i386:

hard link ctime != mtime at op/stat.t line 148

It looks very much like kfreebsd's issue #796798
And so a workaround is similar:

stat($tmpfile) if $^O =~ /^gnu$/;       # Work around Debian Bug#xxx

with this the test passes, could you add it along the kfreebsd
workaround?
