Probably if you run apt-get update against a fresh mirror and
try again, you'll find they mostly work now. This is expected around
the time of a perl transition:

but most of the packages have now caught up:

It seems uncertain at the moment - the package has been removed from
testing (see #912860) and is clearly not coming back. It's also now FTBFS,
possibly related to the Gnome 3 transition?:

I'm reassigning this bug to the libgtk2-perl package since this is
not a problem with perl, but I couldn't say how likely this it get
fixed and it would only be a very short-term fix if it did. I would
recommend you look at alternatives to libgtk2-perl for your use and
remove it so that you can continue to upgrade perl.
