Dear Maintainer,

The current perl version in Debian 11.0 suffer of memory leak in RegEx
The details of the bug and the script to reproduce can be found here.

This bug is important especially for services written in perl with regex
who conduct to memory outage.
Could you fix this bug in the current stable Debian 11 distribution.
