pod2man misformats I<> inside C<>.

For example, if you run:

     printf '=head1 FOO\n\nC<Only I<foo> should be italicized, not the rest>!\n' | pod2man - | man -l -

not only "foo" is italicized, but also everything up to the closing 
quote character.
