I have just commited the changes to implement this. Now you'll see a
"[more]" link to the right of the Archive column, that pops up a
balloon with the versions in all the archive suites. I first thought
of leaving it always visible, but it cluttered too much the table.

When doing this, I've also modified slightly the archive cache schema,
so all caches will be regenerated on the next cron run.

Also, I've added support for the deferred queue, which was an
important omission. Packages that were uploaded there, now show with
NEW and Incoming uploads.
