Idea for a new feature in PET: number of patches in the archive

[Just so that we don't forget the idea.]

As soon as patch-tracking.debian.net provides a structured interface
(index file for download or whatever -- cf. #498313 and #497410) it
would be nice to show the number of patches for a package in the
archive (and not only in svn) and link to p-t.
