Packages without watch file

Hi PET developers,

we (DHG) have some packages without a watch file, mostly because the
upstream website has vanished. Currently, they are flagged as “work in
progress”: http://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-haskell

Is there a way to ignore missing watch files? Maybe by ignoring watch
files containing just a comment?
