[PET / UDD] Missing teams in vcs table in UDD which should be covered by PET

AFAIK, UDD takes the PET data from the PET postgresql database, and
this database contains only / is only used by PET3; i.e. all teams
using or having used PET(1) or PET2 won't be there.
