We do not. The same should be considered for the other *_reactor features
too.

That is what the features are for.

Hmm, I'm not sure because it is today possible to create projects on
Makefiles without MPC. Removing the Qt options whould break this. It's
important to know which options have to be set.

No we can not!

Not really. I would not create a extry subdirectory for 3-5 files.
