Hi Ralph,
Currently there is a small problem with MPC in REACTOR_SEPARATION. The 
problem affects
./apps/gperf/
./TAO/examples/POA/Explicit_Activation/Alt_Resources/
./TAO/CIAO/CIDLC/
./TAO/CIAO/CCF/CCF/IDL3/
./TAO/CIAO/CCF/CCF/IDL2/
./TAO/CIAO/CCF/CCF/CIDL/
./bin/bin.mpc
These projects are not related directly with REACTOR_SEPARATION, hence 
please do not compile them.
I fix this bug whem tk and fl reactors are separated from TAO.
