[Pkg-ace-devel] Update on reactor seperation for 5.4.2.1

Hi folks,

here a short update on reactor seperation for 5.4.2.1. Thinks going well.
I could switch to dpatch without any big troubles. My debian build process
works fine. Reactor libraries are created :)

I could not test the results because I'm fighting with the whole build
process. There seams to be a production bug with TAO/CIAO/DAnCE. I'm not
sure if but make stops with missing 'cidlc'.

Please replay to me if someone is interested in this temporary version
for a review.
