Well, the file MMAP_Memory_Pool.h appeared sometime between ACE 5.4.2
and ACE 5.4.3. The current debian package is for ACE 5.4.2. The classes
exposed by the missing MMAP_Memory_Pool.h can be found in Memory_Pool.h
for the version of ACE packaged in Debian.
