[Pkg-acpi-devel] Bug#603471: Update key-constants from recent input.h

Package: acpi-support
Version: 0.137-5
Severity: normal

Please update /usr/share/acpi-support/key-constants from a recent
/usr/include/kernel/input.h so that keys added after Feb 4, 2006, such
as KEY_BACKLIGHT_OFF = 245 may be referred to mnemonically in custom
scripts or those provided by other packages (e.g. eeepc-acpi-scripts).
On an Eee PC model 1001PX with Debian kernel version 2.6.32-23, for
example, the Fn-F7 key does not generate any input event, so it is
desirable to synthesize it, e.g.

acpi_fakekey ${KEY_BACKLIGHT_OFF}

thus enabling it to be bound in the WM or desktop environment to an
appropriate action (like 'xset dpms force off').

Thanks,
Ben
