[Pkg-acpi-devel] Bug#664702: acpi-support: hibernate.sh not consistent with sleep.sh

Package: acpi-support
Version: 0.140-1
Severity: normal

The two scripts hibernate.sh and sleep.sh do not perform the same checks or
take the same steps to prepare the system for suspend/hiberate.

For example, sleep.sh locks the screen before calling pm-suspend, wheras
hibernate.sh does not. It would make more sense if sleep.sh and
hibernate.sh were nearly the same script with the exception of calling
pm-suspend or pm-hibernate respectively.
