[Pkg-aide-maintainers] Hannes can now git push

Hi,

I was originally planning to give Hannes privileges to commit/push to
pkg-aide's git repository on alioth after I have seen how good he
handles incoming bug reports. I haven't seen that yet because there
aren't any bugs coming in.

Hannes, thanks for your solid work in the past. If you want to, you
can now directly push to the aide repository on alioth.
