[Pkg-aide-maintainers] debian aide: default config feedback

Hello,
(and happy new year)

After many months of usage of aide on Debian (etch and after lenny), I
send you my rules in order to have less file changes alert. Some are
linked to default Debian setup, some others to additional packages.

I hope it is good compromise between security and comfort and it can
helps other to use this tool more.
