    Agreed. I fixed this bug while closing #406646, in fact. Since
.rafkill was already a file, I chose not to create an additional
directory and use ~/.rafkill1.rap instead. Not very nice because it
creates half a dozen dotfiles, but probably the less intrusive fix.
