Package: alsa-source
Version: 0.9+0beta12-3
Severity: normal

dpkg-reconfigure alsa-source calls the via686 chipset "via686a", while
./configure in /usr/src/modules/alsa-driver only knows about "via686".
Removing the "a"-suffix in /etc/alsa/alsa-source.conf allows you to build
it.

I am closing bug reports against alsa-source that are more than one year
old and that relate to upstream aspects of the package. The reports are
too old to be of any use now.
