Hmm, about 30 controls.
*2=60 columns for both left and right channels.
OK, make that 90 columns if using a pipe (|) or space to separate the columns.
Have the lettering within the column running vertically.
Then have all this invoked by a --slim.

Hmmm, then there's always aumix, using 1/2 the screen...
OK, never mind.
