I am running ins some problems here. As Mikael pointed out, the
"tilde" ~ is used as an sepeartor from libtool [1]. I am unsettled
how to build the lib packages. Maybe we have to patch the
acinclude.m4 script? But this would be for unstable versions as
well. It is not remommended to change the acinclude.m4 on each build
then.
