The whole point of having symlinks in /etc/udev/rules.d/ instead of just
installing the files there is to solve this problem.
It has been a long-estabilished policy of packages providing udev
rules, documented in README.Debian since the beginning.
This is a bug and should be fixed, please use dh_installudev or add
similar code to the install scripts.
