[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#428534: alsa-base should install a minimal /etc/asound.conf or ~/.asoundrc .

I had several error messages from amixer during the 
initialisation of linux. I finally searched the alsa-project.org 
site and found this:

Make a file called .asoundrc in your home and/or root directory.

        vi /home/xxx/.asoundrc

copy and paste the following into the file then save it.

        pcm.!default {
	type hw
	card 0
	}

	ctl.!default {
	type hw           
	card 0
        }

I just did it as indicated and all the troubles stopped.
couldn't this be done during the installation process of alsa-base?

P.S: I'm a home user without any technical knowledge, and a happy 
linux user. Thank You very much for your work.
