Let's see if I got this straight:

- alsa-lib 1.0.14-1 had a bad configure, any package building alsa plugins
built against it was fucked up.
- alsa-plugins was built against 1.0.14-1.
- rebuilding alsa-plugins against 1.0.14a-1 will fix alsa-plugins
  problems.

A solution is to upload a new alsa-plugins ensuring it'll build against
the new alsa-lib. The correct solution is to let buildd admins do this.
Build-Dpeends shouldn't be bumped for this kind of transitional
problems.

If I'm not mistaken (please confirm) I'll request the bin-nmu round.
