Hmmm? Could you please be more precise? I don't know what
services-admin is. (Maybe an Ubuntu thingi..... ;))

The boot message should be:
Setting up ALSA...done.
But only once!

Of course not. There is an initscript on your system, which tries to
unload the drivers. Could you please do:

# dpkg --purge --force-all alsa-base alsa-utils && apt-get install alsa-base alsa-utils
# reboot

Are the messages have gone? If not, tell us the output of:
# cat /var/log/boot | grep -i alsa

To get this info BOOTLOGD_ENABLE=Yes has to be set in
/etc/default/bootlogd.

$ dlocate init.d/alsa
alsa-base: /etc/init.d/alsa
alsa-utils: /etc/init.d/alsa-utils
