Hi,

I've reorganized the buildsystem of alsa-tools to enable builds as
much as one wants in a row. A little lintian cleanup as well. We now
need only the manpages for the differents binaries, though.

Please notice:

$ tar -tzf alsa-tools_1.0.14.orig.tar.gz
alsa-tools-1.0.14/
alsa-tools-1.0.14/alsa-tools-1.0.14.tar.bz2
