After setting up the card with alsaconf I used its file with the alias as
template, so now it looks like above. But it still doesn't work (and it did
before without the aliases).

I guess you mean when the cards don't work? I think all necessary modules were
loaded, but I'll send the list when I reboot next time. Now for reference the
modules loaded when the cards work (sorted for easier comparison - or is the
order important?):
