Ok, as you can see I reuploaded -driver and -plugins.

For -utils, I'll reintroduce the asoundconf stuff *for now* and will
talk to TheMuso about its future.

Regarding -plugins, I reverted the post/preinst scripts as per the
comments I received on IRC. Apparently it was a problem in Lintian
after all. This one is building now.

PD: sorry for the -plugins delay. I actually had uploaded it before going
on Fallas vacation, but it was rejected due to the latin1 character in
the .changes file and I failed to notice!
