[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#445802: #445802 alsamixer: ugly ASCII faux-box drawing characters in screen.

The problem is shown in the dependencies:

ii  libncurses5               5.6+20070908-1 Shared libraries for terminal hand

Since it's linked with libncurses5 rather than libncursesw5, alsamixer cannot
display line-drawing characters in a UTF-8 locale.
