Smart thinking. Starting with a blank configuration fixes the playlist 
access problem.

The following message still show up at startup or at each access to the 
playlist :

(audacious2:7539): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_x11_atom_to_xatom_for_display: 
assertion `atom != GDK_NONE' failed
