And...  how exactly you would like to provide one?  Clearly, besides of
tiny style fixes, you have a lot of vision how to do this all in the
right way (TM).

I've no such a clearly complex stuff to be needed in co-maintaince, exept for
awstats, but you could look on the monit package, for example.
