The file is /usr/share/doc/bacula-common/examples/devices/DVD.conf on
5.0.2-2.2+b1 (squeeze).  This means that the bug is in bacula-common,
even if I was not able to find such a file on 2.4.2-1 from snapshot.d.o:

Never mind, the bug is still present in the Git repository.  Indeed, in
the above file '@scriptdir@' is not substituted, despite it being
correctly set in debian/rules:

This happens for all file in examples/devices/ having '@scriptdir@',
because there is no Makefile for such files, fixed as a Debian patch
(even if adding the make bits would have been better):
