[pkg-bacula-devel] Avoid upgrading to dbconfig-common 2.0.5, it's broken

Hi,

at least installing bacula-director with sqlite3 fails, other dbtypes
yet untested.

The problem seems to be known already, so no additional bug report from
my side for now.
