[pkg-bacula-devel] Should bacula-server Recommend: bacula-console?

Hmm. I find it odd to bundle bacula-fd and bacula-console in one
package. Those two packages really have not the same audience.

I think it make more sense to have bacula-console Recommended by
bacula-server, remove bacula-client and replace bacula-client by
bacula-fd in the bacula meta package.
