- UPLOADER is the person who built and tested the package
- BRANCH is the branch currently being merged (dev or dev2 in case of
Hauke's patches)
- PATCH_SERIES is the patches merged in this package from the list in
the previous folder in the form '[FIRST][LAST]', thus in this case it
should have been '0707'
- VERSION is the version of the package with the patch series above, in
case we need to fix something
