[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#449362: bzr-builddeb: parse debian/watch if no URL specified for merge-upstream

Package: bzr-builddeb
Version: 0.90
Severity: wishlist

Hi!

It'd be neat if "bzr merge-upstream --version 0.2" would read debian/watch
from the source tree and work out the latest version(s) of the code from
the upstream release site.

Thanks!
