Hi all,

After months of being pestered by me on IRC about various bugs and
patches I had, Jelmer found his revenge by telling me to commit stuff
directly and granting me privileges to do so.  I must admit I hadn't
seen that coming.  Anyway, I took the opportunity to push a merge commit
onto loggerhead's unstable branch, the point being to swicth the
daemonisation stuff to serve-branches (since it seems
start/stop-loggerhead is being deprecated).

  I don't know how much introduction is customary here; let me start by
saying I'm an avid Bazaar user and pusher, and I'm interested in fixings
stuff that itch me: bzr-svn works really nice thanks to Jelmer, now I'm
focusing on bzr-git and loggerhead.  I also have a couple of small ideas
for the core of Bazaar, but nothing important.
