For bzr-explorer, I used the lp:ubuntu/bzr-explorer branch. There are
already packages in the ~bzr/proposed and ~bzr-explorer-dev PPAs.

For qbzr, I did it manually as lp:ubuntu/qbzr is stuck a few releases
back with a failing import:
