[Pkg-bazaar-maint] RFS: bzr-explorer 1.1.0-1 & qbzr 0.19.1-1

Hi all,

I've update bzr-explorer to the final 1.1.0 release and qbzr to the
new 0.19.1 bugfix release on aloith:

bzr-explorer (1.1.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/control: Bump qbzr depends to >= 0.19.

qbzr (0.19.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

 * New upstream bugfix release.
 * debian/control:
  - Use detailed long description from Ubuntu.
  - Add Vcs-{Bzr, Browser} fields.
  - Add myself to Uploaders field.
 * debian/rules: Install News.txt as upstream changelog.

If you get a chance to upload, that would be great. I'm not sure if it
is acceptable to preemptively set the DM-Upload-Allowed field (the gpg
transition is holding up my application). If you think it's ok, feel
free to do so.
