the society for software development and analytics (GSA) was founded to plan and analyze micorarray experiments from the company AffyMetrix(TM).

We would like to provide our services to you.
We analze your array experiments fast and reliable.
The software that we developed for it can be downloaded as demo version.

    - analysis and visualization of all arrays of the company Affymetrix(TM)
    - normalization and migration of raw data (3'/5', T-Test, AVG, ...)
    - provision of additional information (gene names, proteins, functions, ...)
