[pkg-bioc] Questions before breaking everything...

Dear all,
My next commit will break some back-old-school-stuff, but will bring some
more power to the cran2deb.pl (in my soon realize) goal:
building CRAN, Bioc, Omegahat in on shoot!

So I am going to remove the Alreadyin{debian,alioth} code.
I will wait 48h before committing, just to see what mailing list
opinions.

The point is the following: are we depreciating all building without
pbuilder and equivalent. meaning all build which are done directly 
on the main system directly, with installing packages with sudo, ...
(very ugly stuff from the beginning).

I would like somehow to remove this part of code to be able to cleanup
the cran2deb which is very ugly ! and getting uglier and uglier...

Are you against saying that the R packages can only be build with
pbuilder (or maybe also cowbuilder, in the future) ?
