 * cosmetics in the POD

r_pkg_upload.pl

 * incorporated functionality of r_pkg_upload.sh

 * added option --username without which no upload is performed

 * added option --pattern to select for a subset
   of packages to upload by a regular expression

r_pkg_upload.sh

 * no longer needed

Hi, admittedly r_pkg_upload.sh was nicer to use than r_pkg_upload.pl is,
but ... it is just fine. We have reduced the complexity of our scripts
this way, my main concern was though that I did not know how to parse
the pattern argument in the .sh script :-)
