Hi, will any of you be attending the conference?
Just as a sidenote - we have since yesterday the awareness of the cran2deb.pl
of packages that are already available at our semi-legal (read "for now
tolerated") alioth repository. This hence means that we should attempt to
cronjob that beast - both on the packaging and the repository site.
Sidenote - can anybody of yours confirm problems with an update of the
BioConductor packages?
Many greetings
Steffen

Bioconductors,
The May 13th deadline for PROPOSING PRACTICALS for BioC2007 (August
6-7 in Seattle, WA) is fast approaching.
Practicals are a great way to share your knowledge and software skills
with other Bioconductor users, and to contribute to our great
community. See current proposals and last year's practicals
https://secure.bioconductor.org/BioC2007/labs.php

for inspiration. Contact me or others here in Seattle (sethf AT fhcrc
DOT org, rgentlem AT fhcrc DOT org) with ideas you'd like to explore,
and fill in the on-line submission form today!
