I'll check if ARC was explained before, I just printed the paper. I agree that 
terms that are already explained by a citation to a journal article do not 
need an extra ref to Wikipedia. We do not crossref to the Encyclopedia 
Britannica iether and if we do, then we quote them. If the readers understand 
that there is a Grid infrastructure called ARC then they have understood 
enough for the paper in my view. For the rest they can follow the cited 
paper, ask google or indeed Wikipedida.

Sorry. I just added the Expression QTL reference (a nature review). I'll give 
it another read now to check out the ARC issue and then ... if there is no 
other serious issue arising ... will send it to the organisers.
