Hello,

I have a problem with this line here
    @$RepositoryList = split(/ /, $RepositoryListFlat );
            ${PBuilder_Base} = "../".${binarch}."_".${PBuilder_Base};
in which $RepositoryListFlat is undefined. Could the respective author please investigate that?

My meta problem is that r-bioc-graph is not compiling, not even attempted to be compiled and I do not know why. Please help ... or upload the package to the shared repository :o)
