Hi there,
I have the exact same problem here. When I try to use Blender, I can use the num pad keys to change views, I can erase an object but as soon as I use the middle mouse button to rotate the main view, I just obtain an instant crash. Everything is frozen except the mouse cursor. The only thing to do is to reboot the computer.
