I adjusted both, and ci'd into CVS. Just FTR, being 64-bit safe is now
(officially) a release goal for 2.44 (at last! :p).

TODO actions are listed in the debian/changelog, so that there are not
forgotten before uploading. ;-)

OK, thanks. The remaining step is still the copyright file, but I guess
that Wouter is quite busy right now since it has been some days since I
last heard of him. ;-)
