I might be wrong, but in my eyes this strongly points to some issue on
the buildds in question, especially given that the toolchain is frozen
in testing/unstable for a while and -6 built just fine.
Well, we have seen this error before in 2.42-1 on arm, so possibly
blender is at fault for triggering this, but AFAICS it's a buildd issue
which doesn't affect normal uploads to unstable but only uploads to
t-p-u.
