[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Remaining issues before uploading libbtctl and gnome-bluetooth

Hi,

I recently got a bit interested in Bluetooth, and saw libbtctl and
gnome-bluetooth not being packages by Debian. What are the current
reasons they don't get uploaded?

* Is it licensing issues? In case, which specific files are problematic?
* Is it the functionality already being provided by other components
such as openobex?
* Is it lack of package maintainer resources and effort?
