[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#452610: patch

I am attaching Debian sources of bluez-utils-3.24.

Changes compared to version in unstable:

- code merged with upstream 3.24
- audio support enabled ( based on patch by Steve Kowalik + small patch to 
copy audio.conf and audio.service to /etc/bluetooth )
